2025-2026 School Year

 

 Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is open! 

Bishop Hoffman Catholic School (BHCS) welcomes all families who desire a quality faith-based education for their children.

​

Children entering Kindergarten must by 5 years old by August 1. 

​

The admissions process for students in grades K-12 includes:

                    Step 1) Meet with the Enrollment Coordinator for initial Admissions interview

                    Step 2) Come be a "Streak for the Day" or Tour the Campus

                    Step 3) Complete the Admissions application and other forms through Final Forms                           (https://bishophoffman-oh.finalforms.com/). Upload the below documents:

                                         a) Copy of current report card and 1-year previous

                                             b) Attendance record

                                             c) Discipline record

                                             d) Copy of Birth Certificate

                                             e) Copy of ETR & IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

                    Step 4) Receive Admission Notification

                    Step 5) Upon receipt of acceptance, schedule an appointment with the Enrollment                                                 Coordinator to complete the registration process
